About
I grew up in the Visalia, California and raised my three children in Visalia and Three Rivers. I graduated from Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and returned to the College of Sequoias to received my degree as a Registered Nurse. Working locally in Emergency Nursing, Home Health and Hospice, I learned how to care for and be of comfort to people in extreme distress.
I experienced CranioSacral Therapy (CST) for myself many years prior to becoming a practitioner. CST became prominent in my life again when a CST treatment resolved neck pain and pelvic stiffness after the birth of my last child. I went on to study and practice CranioSacral while I raised my family, and discovered what a wonderful tool it is in my integrative nursing practice.
After thirteen years as a practitioner, I am excited to continue helping clients find comfort and relief from pain and to discover a new ways to experience health and well being.
